An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding leader, who is committed to excellence in all areas, to join our Senior Leadership Team. We are seeking someone who is an excellent practitioner with a proven track record in pastoral leadership, behaviour management and safeguarding; someone with the ambition, drive and skills to successfully lead a team of staff, build upon our strengths and take the Academy forward on the next stage of our journey. You will be a key player in the direction of the Academy, working closely with the Headteacher, Vice Principal and other senior leaders, to define and drive culture, standards, pastoral and behaviour systems.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate evidence of leading whole school improvement and will have high aspirations for staff and students alike. You will be a determined and resilient individual with high levels of integrity, a commitment to effective teamwork, be a champion for every student and have a strong vision for the Academy.
