Do you have previous experience in the hospitality industry and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to our guests? You could be just what we're looking for in our next houseperson. Our hotel is extremely busy, and we need a detail-oriented individual who is willing to perform a wide range of tasks to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure the highest level of customer service by anticipating and responding quickly to visitors' requests.
2. Begin each shift by visiting assigned floors and collect trash, dirty linen, and other materials as instructed by management.
3. Make deliveries to guest rooms for guest-requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding, and linens.
4. Transport clean linen to the housekeeping storage rooms and replenish linen supplies on each floor.
5. Assure a clean environment in the guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and other work areas.
Qualifications
1. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
2. Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification (GED).
3. This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service.
4. Solid work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
5. At least 1 year of experience as a houseperson or housekeeper preferred.
Compensation: $18 hourly
