Your Role: In this Residential Support Worker job in County Durham, you’ll be part of a dedicated team at a newly established children’s home near Bishop Auckland, where you’ll help support young people with complex health needs, including physical and learning challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

Criteria:
11. Previous experience in a residential or care setting working with children is essential
12. Qualified to Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or willing to work towards.
13. Flexibility to undertake sleep-in duties as needed.
14. A passion for delivering positive outcomes for young people.
