About the Role: As the Service Manager for Pay and Systems, you will be at the forefront of our Workforce Services Leadership Team. You will spearhead the Pay and Systems Service, crafting and implementing strategies to elevate our Service Offer. What We’re Looking For: Visionary Leadership: Ability to articulate and implement a clear vision for the team. Influential Communication: Proven experience in successfully influencing diverse stakeholders. Expertise: Level 7 CIPD qualification. Strategic and Operational Insight: Demonstrated experience in HR and Payroll Systems within a strategic and operational HR setting. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HR Systems, ideally MHR I-Trent. Compliance Savvy: Familiarity with Payroll processes and compliance. Continuous Improvement: A track record of driving business improvement initiatives in an HR context.
