Job Description
3. Handle and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
4. Ensure all payments are made promptly and accurately
5. Regularly reconcile supplier statements
6. Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues
7. Provide support during audits as required
8. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting department
9. Manage relationships with suppliers effectively
10. Adhere to all company policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
11. A strong educational background in finance or a related field
12. Excellent numerical and analytical skills
13. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
14. Strong organisational and time management skills
15. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
16. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
