This is a key position within our Partner Sales organization and will report directly to our VP, Global Systems Integrators. The primary focus of this role is to drive business in with Five9’s existing global alliances while having a major focus on expanding Five9’s ecosystem of partners. These existing alliances include Deloitte, Accenture, Slalom, E&Y, TCS, Wipro, HCL, and other systems integrators. This individual contributor role will include some of the below key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through the SI partnerships Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a healthy flow of opportunities Work with SIs to convert leads into opportunities and close deals effectively Create, develop, and manage relationships with the alliance sales teams Build a go-to-market plan and manage bookings targets Align Five9 Sales Directors with their alliance counterparts to drive net-new revenue and field activity Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the SI's sales and technical teams Develop and distribute sales collateral, playbooks, and other enablement resources Travel within region to regional offices, events and trade shows Act as an escalation point for any issues or challenges faced by SIs during the sales or implementation process. Work closely with internal teams to resolve any conflicts or roadblocks Key Qualifications: 8 years experience managing go to market partnerships with CRM, UC and Systems Integrators Excellent Presentation Skills – Virtual and In-Person Ability to interface well with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership Experience working in a high growth, emerging SaaS software market Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualification: Ideal candidate has existing relationships with Five9’s existing alliance partners Knowledge of the contact centre market Minimum 5-7 years of experience in partner management or channel sales, preferably within the CCaaS or SaaS industry. Knowledge of industry-specific requirements, particularly in key verticals like finance, healthcare, or retail. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
