£35,000 - £38,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Summary
Tide are delighted to be partnering with an outstanding healthcare provider in their search for a Senior HR Administrator. This organisation is committed to providing the highest quality of care for its service users. As they expand, they are now actively seeking an experienced HR Administrator to come in and support with key HR tasks.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1. Assisting with key ER documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment changes
2. Maintaining and ensuring the right work and DBS checks are up to date and are renewed when required.
3. Regularly updating the HRIS, and systems ensuring consistency with data across the organisation
4. Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure salary changes, leavers, and bonuses are updated
5. Providing key note-taking and first line of advice for ER cases
6. Assisting with the investigation and management of employee relation cases such as absence management cases
7. Analysing key HR data to help with key decision-making
8. Preparing reports for HR metrics
Job Criteria
1. C. 3 years of experience working within a similar role
2. Health & Social Care Sector experience (desirable)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Effective stakeholder management skills
