This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social media and digital marketing leader with a passion for culture who is looking to develop their career with a leading arts organisation.
You’ll oversee Tate’s audience-led digital marketing innovation, digital engagement and monitor and respond to online brand sentiment. Your role, working together with the marketing, digital and press teams, plus leading a team of two, is to lead innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and maximise audience reach, engagement and income for the Tate brand. You will act as the champion for Tate’s social media platforms and have a critical role in driving positive perceptions and managing reputation online.
With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve consensus amongst colleagues, you’ll also have the ability to prioritise workloads effectively, being able to make decisions under pressure. You’ll have a strong understanding of analysing and acting upon digital metrics combined with a good understanding of the principles of branding. You’ll also have exceptional knowledge of digital advertising, PPC and the use of display media.
