Helpdesk Administrator - PERMANENT Our client, a leader in their industry are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team at their site in Motherwell. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive facilities team in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in the efficient delivery of building services by providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities Planning and scheduling tasks to ensure compliance with SLAs Liaising with mobile engineers, supply chain, and facilities management for updates on job progress Organising plant hire requirements Preparing and generating weekly reports Skills & Experience Previous experience in a helpdesk or administrative role within a facilities or maintenance environment Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Confident in liaising with various stakeholders including engineers and suppliers Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting The hours of work are Monday to Friday working 8am-5pm 37.5 hours The salary is between £25,000 -£27,000 per annum This is a permanent postion Exchange People are a family-run Employment Business, proudly providing people in North-West England and Central Scotland with careers since 1997.
