A skilled MEP Coordinator is required in County Kerry to manage the mechanical and electrical (M&E) package for a turnkey cleanroom project, encompassing CSA and M&E services. The mechanical scope includes the installation of 21 RCUs, along with all associated ductwork and piping to a chilled water skid. The electrical scope covers general cleanroom services, including door interlocking and related systems.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the M&E package, ensuring the seamless coordination of mechanical and electrical installations.
Supervising and supporting the installation of 21 RCUs, ductwork, and chilled water skid piping.
Overseeing electrical service integration, including cleanroom systems and door interlocking.
Collaborating with the wider project team to ensure the successful delivery of the package.
Ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as an M&E Coordinator or Supervisor on similar projects.
Strong expertise in either mechanical or electrical disciplines, with preference for candidates with experience in both.
Previous experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or high-tech facility projects is desirable.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and on-site activities efficiently.
