This Field Service Engineer role involves traveling to customer sites in Bournemouth, Bristol, and Reading to perform service, maintenance, and installations on mobile processing equipment. You'll work Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, with occasional flexibility required to meet high standards.
When needed, you may be required to work away from home, but this is typically no more than twice a month. Once trained, you'll join the call-out rota, which includes additional payments and expenses.
Requirements:
* A minimum Electrical or Mechanical Level 3 Qualification.
* A proven track record as a hands-on engineer, working with mechanical/electrical equipment.
* Experience with PLC fault finding is beneficial.
* Knowledge of three-phase systems and the 18th edition is advantageous.
* A willingness to learn and adapt.
* Comfortable working away from home when necessary (average < 2 times/month).
* Ability to participate in the call-out rota (every 10 weeks).
* Basic IT literacy.
* A full and clean UK driving license.
