About the Role
You'll work with both new and existing technologies to ensure materials, products, and processes meet performance goals. Collaborating across Production, Quality, Technical, and Purchasing teams, you'll lead paint process development and ensure industry-leading standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement
* Develop and support production teams in achieving high standards
* Drive paint application performance to meet FIRA GOLD and BS6222-2
* Manage pigments, binders, solvents, waterborne paints, and testing procedures
* Set and track KPIs for quality and Right First Time performance
* Lead improvement initiatives and ensure knowledge is shared with teams
