Your new roleReporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will work closely with the HR leadership team to implement beginning to end policies, processes and systems relevant to the employee lifecycle to deliver an outstanding, compliant and effective HR service to all stakeholders. As the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving key people processes through the administration of cyclical and ad hoc operational HR activity including monthly payroll, onboarding, offboarding, performance review cycles, contractual changes, leavers and more. The priority for this role is to ensure that the HR team provide an efficient, accurate and effective service to line managers and employees, ensuring that queries are dealt with quickly and accurately, liaising with line managers or HR subject matter experts (Business Partners, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Data and Systems) where necessary.You will have line management responsibility for a team of 5 HR Administrators.
