A Senior QA Tester in Service Transformation will provide technical leadership to a multi-disciplined teams and oversee the products they delivery, support and test. You will think outside the box, ask the right questions, and critically evaluate and communicate findings to a larger team. You will lead investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing processes, driving the collection of information, creation of recommendations for improvements and good working practices. You will be able to manage the planning of integration, system and / or acceptance tests, coordinating both functional and non-functional specifications and provide authoritative advice and guidance on test planning. You will work with stakeholders to set priorities, objectives, and timescales to successfully deliver high quality outcomes by identify risks and resolving issues efficiently. You will provide technical leadership to a team of Testers along with providing oversight to the products they test. Working on a SaaS based platform, you will own the overall Test Process within your team ensuring the systems are fit for purpose.
