We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about early childhood education and eager to help manage our dynamic nursery setting.
Essential Requirements:
· Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
· Paediatric First Aid certification
· A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Preschool/Nursery setting, ideally in a senior practitioner or room leader role
· Excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and current Ofsted statutory guidance
· Proven ability to implement high-quality learning opportunities for children

As our Deputy Manager you will support the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS guidelines. You will inspire and lead a dedicated team of early years practitioners, fostering a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies will be essential, along with helping to maintain the high standards that define our nursery.
