About The Role

We are seeking a Judicial Office Manager to join our Legal Department on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday 35 hours per week. However, some flexibility in working hours will be required to attend hearings that may take place in the evenings and at the weekend. The role is based at our SportPark office in Loughborough, with the expectation that a minimum of 3 days per week will be worked in the office with the other 2 from home.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of Swim England's Office for Judicial Administration (OJA) supported by a Judicial Administrator. You will provide excellent customer service to our aquatics community, acting as the first port of call for enquiries into the OJA providing guidance as appropriate and in line with OJA procedures. You will build and maintain professional relationships with key contacts to enable effective communication in all judicial matters. You will develop efficient, customer centred processes for all aspects of the OJA administration and communication functions.
We are looking for a friendly individual, with a positive outlook, who has excellent professional and empathetic communication skills.You will be experienced in working in a highly collaborative fashion and have a values driven approach to customer service.
