Job Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of regular teachers
* Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure learning objectives are met
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Provide feedback to regular teachers on students' progress and behaviour
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different teaching environments
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Prior experience in teaching or education settings is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
* Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
* Good organisational skills and time management
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional teaching certifications
* Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds
Working Conditions:
