I am excited to be working with a multi-faceted venue in Northampton who are looking for an experienced General Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for the site, training and development of the team, and creating a sales & marketing strategy to drive new business. You must be self-motivated, passionate about providing an amazing service, with a background in events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment, training and development of the team
* Drive sales and continuously develop revenue streams across the site
* Building client and supplier relationships
* Cost control
* Fully accountable for the management of the entire estate
* Focus on guest satisfaction delivering 5-star service and product
The ideal candidate:
* Operational Management experience in a similar environment
* Excellent network in the industry and ability to drive sales
* Financial and P&L understanding
* Passionate about guest experience
