Clinical Therapist
We are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team.

Our clinicians work in a tranquil setting, providing therapeutic support to young people with ADHD, autism, and SEMH. We have recently been rated Good by Ofsted.
You will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide living and learning environments that promote emotional well-being and academic success.
Your Responsibilities
As part of our clinical team, you will:
* Assess and develop individualised interventions for young people with complex needs.
* Work collaboratively with educational and residential teams to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments.
* Provide therapeutic counselling and feedback on progress.
* Maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
* Qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
* Experienced in working with children and young people with complex needs.
* Able to build strong relationships with young people, families, and colleagues.
* Confident and skilled in delivering therapeutic interventions.
