The Role and Candidate
We are seeking an organised and dynamic E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and enhance POP MART UK’s online platforms, driving brand growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting directly to the UK’s General Manager, with functional support from HQ in China, you will oversee all aspects of the e-commerce lifecycle, including order management, inventory control, customer service, data analysis, and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
* Process daily orders, ensuring timely delivery and managing any issues related to returns and refunds
* Monitor inventory levels to maintain stock of high-demand items, coordinating with warehouse teams for replenishment
* Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and availability on e-commerce platforms, optimizing for conversion
* Address and resolve customer inquiries across channels, ensuring a positive experience in both pre- and post-sale interactions
* Proactively gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance service quality and address recurring concerns
* Track and analyse key e-commerce metrics like sales and conversion rates, recommending improvements
* Execute and monitor online promotions, ensuring accurate and timely campaign rollout
* Update product images, descriptions, and promotions to engage and inform customers, enhancing their shopping experience
* Coordinate with internal teams, providing regular updates on e-commerce performance and initiatives
Required Qualifications
* 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in retail or consumer goods
* Knowledge of key e-commerce platforms and digital marketing practices
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
* Proficiency in data analysis, especially using Excel or similar tools
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Team player with strong multitasking abilities
* Skilled in problem-solving and adaptable under pressure
Desirable but Not Essential
* Experience within the designer toy, collectible, or pop culture retail sectors
* Familiarity with UK and European e-commerce landscapes
* Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads
