The Job: Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for a portfolio of wind turbines, prioritising reliability, efficiency, and safety. Implement robust performance monitoring systems to optimise energy production and minimize downtime. Oversee the delivery of diverse renewable energy projects, ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Conduct comprehensive technical assessments, including visual impact, noise, shadow flicker, radar, fallover, yield, and environmental impact studies, to inform strategic decision-making. Manage Ofgem compliance, handle audits, data queries, and submissions. Coordinate ROCs and REGOs claims to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Conduct on-site inspections of wind turbine sites when necessary to assess site conditions, equipment health, and compliance with H&S standards. Prepare detailed reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, project progress, and key performance indicators. Analyse data to identify trends, optimise operations, and inform strategic decisions.
