Our North Devon practices are looking for a Nursing Manager to support our management team and help guide our passionate nursing team.
Your new role will be based across our Argyll, Torbridge, Charter & MiNightVet Barnstaple practices.
You will be responsible for the direct line management of the Nursing leaders at these sites, helping to support and develop them in their role and subsequently, build and inspire the nursing teams within these practices. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual who cares about the development of future and currently practicing RVN's.
Visible leadership is a critical part of this role, leading from the front, working alongside your teams to foster a supportive and caring working environment. The ideal candidate for the role will display a keen interest in managing a team and leadership, and will also have a passion for mentoring RVN's of all clinical levels.
