If you are a music graduate, ideally someone who is looking to start a career in education, this is a fantastic opportunity to spend a year in the classroom working as a Music Associate Teacher to gain invaluable classroom experience.

The opportunity:
* Music Graduate Associate Teacher
* Secondary school, Nuneaton, Warwickshire
* Full-time role, Monday – Friday (8:30-4:30)
* September start
* £525-£550 Per week
* Chance to gain invaluable classroom experience before teacher training
The successful graduate must:
* A degree in Music, Music Production, Music Business, or a related field.
* Passion for music with a keen understanding of the music industry.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Proficiency in music software (e.g., Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Pro Tools) and digital audio workstations (DAWs).
* Knowledge of music theory, composition, and performance.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Experience or interest in music marketing, events, and social media is a plus.
* A portfolio of your work (e.g., music compositions, productions, or performances) is highly desirable but not required.
Key responsibilities for your role:
* Working across Key Stage 3/4 alongside the class teacher to offer support to children in Music.
* Leading sessions outside of the classroom with children both 1-1 and in small groups.
* Planning and resourcing intervention sessions.
* Working alongside other professionals to assess children.
* Supporting children pastorally to enable them to feel safe and secure both at school and at home.
