IT Trainer - COINS - Solihull - Permanent - Hybrid
Hybrid Working - this role will require 2-3 days/week on site, and could require further travel to other UK based sites when necessary
IT Trainer required for a leading client based in Solihull. The IT Trainer will be onboarded to create training materials and implementing training programs to support technology rollouts. It aims to enhance service adoption across the organization. The role involves an advanced understanding of business priorities and strategic goals, ensuring IT services are seamlessly integrated and effectively utilized within the company. Additionally, the trainer will lead communication campaigns and initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new and existing services.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Management:
Deliver strategic guidance and management to enhance IT/service-related knowledge, skills, and competencies:
* Designing and delivering learning programs aligned with business requirements.
* Experience using COINS - key
* Managing all aspects of training provision in line with strategic objectives.
* Defining skillsets and competencies needed for successful adoption of IT services.
* Identifying and approving training solutions, certifications, and qualifications.
* Implementing tailored skills frameworks and learning management systems.
* Securing resources, managing budgets, and ensuring training initiatives deliver high ROI.
* Establishing strategic relationships with suppliers and partners.
* Tracking and reporting learning activities.
Training Design and Development:
Create and oversee resources that facilitate knowledge transfer, skill development, and behavioural change:
* Designing and maintaining comprehensive training materials.
* Customizing and delivering content tailored to audience needs and objectives.
* Managing resources and teams involved in training development.
* Defining and driving training programs to achieve specific learning outcomes.
* Setting up and testing training environments.
Training Delivery:
Manage the execution of training initiatives and communication campaigns to meet objectives:
* Delivering or overseeing training sessions for diverse audiences.
* Customizing content to include relevant scenarios and use cases.
* Guiding and mentoring the team on delivery methods.
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training campaigns.
* Conducting reviews post-deployment to identify improvements and further training needs.
