We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Competition Lawyer to join a leading law firm’s renowned competition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a solid background in competition and anti-trust law to contribute to high-profile, complex cases in both the UK and EU.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in London)
Duration: 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of competition law, including mergers, investigations, and anti-competitive practices.
* Manage and support clients in regulatory proceedings before competition authorities and courts.
* Advise on compliance and antitrust risk management strategies.
* Draft legal documents, reports, and submissions to regulators.
* Collaborate with other teams within the firm and work closely with clients to navigate competitive legal landscapes.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years PQE in competition law, gained in a well-regarded private practice firm or a relevant in-house environment.
* Proven experience with UK and EU competition law.
* Strong understanding of anti-trust regulations.
* UK Qualification (or EU qualification with at least 2 years of UK experience).
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
