Senior Support Analyst 33,450 - 35,263 1.0 FTE / 35 Hours Based at Falkirk Campus Fixed Term to July 2026 We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Senior Support Analyst to join the IT Team primarily supporting/managing our Alloa/Stirling Campuses and reporting to the IT Manager. You will have the ability to work with students, external agencies and staff at all levels in the organisation. Together with experience of delivering effective customer service, and working within our Helpdesk Management system, you will have an HND in Computing (or equivalent), good experience of Office 365 administration, Azure and ideally have some experience or knowledge of Macs, servers, networking and cloud solutions. You will be able to work on your own and as part of a team, possess strong written and communication skills, and have excellent attention to detail. You will be capable of working under pressure and have a flexible attitude to ensure tasks are completed. Your key responsibilities will include the day-to-day running of IT hardware, networks and systems within our Alloa/Stirling Campuses, support.
