Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant - Rochdale
Monarch Education are working with a Multi-Academy Trust that would like to appoint a specialist support assistant with a sports-related background at one of their schools in Rochdale.
Candidates who are looking for a challenge and change of direction in the next steps of their careers within a school environment are welcome to apply. The schools within the Trust are all primary schools.
The skills you can bring have previously resulted in fantastic learning partnerships for children with physical needs as well as those with autism, communication needs, and SEMH needs, dramatically raising confidence and self-esteem. By understanding bodies and well-being, you give them the chance to explore what they can do, promoting trust, cooperation, communication, and language too. As well as being sufficiently trained, the successful candidate must also be patient, resilient, nurturing, caring, and most of all, passionate.
The school is looking for proactive team players who want to be part of a challenging yet rewarding environment. Personal and social development is taken very seriously; therefore, the ability to build strong and trusting relationships is key. You would be supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom.
