You will join a close-knit team with a lot of different experiences. The always look at each other’s abilities and follow trainings to stay up to date. As part of the Customer Service team you help with customer inquiries, help the customer get prices and availability of part, deal with issues and track assignments. What you can look forward to as Customer Service Employee (m/f/d): Offer best in class service, ensuring ZF Services retains existing customers and secures new business from new customer opportunities Provide quotations for ZF services in line with their targets within UK and take proactive action to convert enquiries into orders to ensure maximum sales are achieved Ensure all ZF internal processes within UK are followed in line with defined parameters to minimize errors and provide a high-quality service to our customers Act as the first line contact for handling customer complaints to resolve issues quickly and satisfactorily Provide administration support to all members of the customer support team, for tasks such as processing warranty claims and field service activity allowing the Product Support Engineers to concentrate on technical issues Your Profile as Customer Service Employee (m/f/d): NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or equivalent Proven track record of operating in a customer service environment as part of a team Understanding of the markets in which the division operates Good communicator with experience of operating at all levels Knowledge of Microsoft products and customer service databases The position is part of the ZF Global Employee Referral Program.
