Salary: £25,885.51 - £26,610.30 pro rata (£13.45-£13.83ph) Hours: 33.25 hours per week Location: Exeter About the role We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our waking nights team to support our young people across the residential accommodation on InFocus campus. We support a large number of young people aged between 17 and 36, with complex sensory, physical and emotional needs, making our setting truly unique and rewarding. You’ll form part of the waking night support team to provide exceptional care, health and therapy to our young people throughout the night when required. You will be supported every step of the way by providing an excellent, well designed induction programme along with mandatory training which will help you get off to the best possible start, ensuring that you fully understand your role within the organisation. We offer many opportunities for personal development, in fact, if you haven’t already obtained a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, we will fund and support you in the enrolment and training of this qualification which is a requirement of the role. Working pattern The hours for this role is 22.00-08.00 (9.5 hours) Monday to Friday and 22.15-08.15 (9.5 hours) Saturday and Sunday. You can choose to work one or two nights a week, or up to five nights a week.
