We are currently recruiting for skilled and dedicated SEMH Teachers to join our teams in Maidenhead (Primary) and Hayes (Secondary). Position Details: Location: Primary – Maidenhead; Secondary – Hayes Pay Rate: £140 - £250 per day Requirements: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and adapt engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEMH. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters emotional resilience and academic progress. Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and external agencies to develop strategies and interventions for student success. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support plans. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using strategies that promote positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques. Promote social and emotional development, helping students build self-esteem, confidence, and interpersonal skills. Maintain accurate records and contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioral plans.
