● Overseeing all Restaurant operations ensuring not only the highest standards of service but outstanding product knowledge.
● Contributing to the profitable operation of the hotel by maintaining and adhering to allocated budgets, controlling stock, consumables, and the staff rota to ensure efficient use of labour, while incorporating staff holidays.
● Building rapport with guests to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business.
● Performing occasional Duty Management shifts as required.
● Being a pivotal and charismatic figurehead in the lounges, carrying out the role of “host” along with the senior management team.
