Part of a small onsite team you will be delivering exceptional service through the management of the industrial temporary workforce and building key relationships with stakeholders across the site.
Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm but some flexibility will be required.
Some of your Key Responsibilities include:
* Working onsite in Belper with our client and temporary workforce
* Proactively develop new business opportunities by establishing and building relationships with existing and new key stakeholders within the client company
* Develop and continually review an applicant attraction strategy that is fit for purpose to ensure that client requirements are met, and an adequate pipeline of candidates is maintained
* Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of suitable candidates ensuring optimum levels of flexible employees are available to meet client needs
* Screen, interview, assess, take-on and deploy flexible employees in line with company standard operating procedures
* Ensure that all relevant employee checks have been completed
* Arrange interviews and provide candidates with interview briefings/debriefing
* Provide an accurate and timely payroll process for the temporary workforce including all aspects of timesheet processing, payroll administration and issue resolution
* Carry out the investigating process linked to the company disciplinary procedures
* Manage high volume requirements
