Job summary The Clinical Nurse Manager has operational responsibility for providing clinical, managerial and professional leadership in the running of the wider nursing team and influencing the future service delivery and nursing strategy, accountable for the delivery and standards of care provided to patient and ensuring safe effective person-centred care.
