Description
Deliver monthly management accounts
Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and assist when required
Own support schedules/data (e.g. fixed asset registers, bank reconciliations, accrual/prepayment schedules)
Interrogate revenue reporting/system
Review VAT returns and assist with other tax work
Manage invoices payable system
Manage cashflow
Assist with audit fieldwork and review statutory accounts
Coordinate and review payroll
Manage finance team members (two direct reports)
Ensure bank loan compliance
Enhance processes to improve timeliness and quality of information
Profile
Qualified accountant
SME experience, sub £30m
Happy being hands on whilst also working with senior leaders & stakeholders
Proactive, able to take ownership, and be willing to lead and manage change
Team management experience
