We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based in the South West of the UK.
Location: South West UK, hybrid working available, with travel to offices and sites as required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
What will you be responsible for?
As an HR Business Partner, you'll work within the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team, partnering with management team members in these areas, with a strong focus on providing an innovative, effective, and customer-focused service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the Head of HR in managing the implementation of a commercially focused, legally compliant people plan aligned with the business strategy.
2. Partnering with operational and functional leaders as a credible and trusted advisor, offering people expertise and developing solutions to help each business area achieve its goals.
3. Coordinating and managing all employee relations activities within designated areas, coaching managers through processes as required.
4. Working collaboratively with Talent & Acquisition partners and managers to develop hiring strategies and implement continuous improvements.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal for a:
* Degree-qualified (or qualified by experience), high-potential HR professional with experience in business partnering within medium/large organizations.
* Experience working within an alliance or joint venture environment is desirable.
* Good understanding of talent management, succession planning, leadership and management development to support growth.
* Well-developed employee engagement and relations skills with up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
