Job title: Facilities Manager (Cleaning). Aka: Hygiene Manager, Facilities Manager, Cleaning Manager, etc.
Location: Leeds outskirts – Rawdon, Horsforth, Yeadon area. Good for Bradford, Leeds, Harrogate, etc. Free parking on site.
Salary: £40K Basic + annual management bonus + Benefits package (Pension scheme, Volunteer leave, electric car scheme & more).
Responsibilities:
1. Operational cleaning / facilities / Hygiene management experience.
2. Leading & managing a team to deliver exceptional standards of service.
3. Handling a large budget (~£1 million, annually).
4. Operating a 24/7 shift rota.
5. Driving the team forward as the “go-to” manager.
