Product Support Advisor - Saturday - Tuesday Shift
Location - Southampton, Totton
Saturday - Tuesday, 10:00 - 20:00 (Please note, you will be required to work Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 for around 6-8 weeks for training purposes)
£28,500 per annum, increasing to £29,000 per annum after successful completion of probation.
Hybrid Working from Home - Can work from home Saturday and Sunday after successful completion of Training.

You will start as a Product Support Advisor and can develop and progress your career with us, through structured progression within the department alongside opportunities to progress within Garmin as a whole.
You will be:
1. Responding to customer queries via live chat and emails in a timely manner within the required performance targets of the department.
2. Investigate customer’s problems, providing quality, accurate and factual replies; escalating customer queries as required.
3. Consistently maximize work output through efficient use of time and resources.
4. Continually improve knowledge of the technologies developed by Garmin within the associate’s area of specialization.
5. Identify growing problems and bring these to the attention of a Team Manager or Help Desk Specialist.
6. Promoting clear communications between Garmin Europe and its customers.
7. Propose knowledge support articles for all members of the team to use.
8. Ensure that ISO procedures are observed.
9. Provide the Marketing department with support during the organization and execution of shows as required.
About You:
1. You can demonstrate strong communication skills and are confident engaging with customers through written communication.
2. You have a keen interest in technology and a passion for sport, fitness, and/or outdoor pursuits.
3. Demonstrated customer service expertise.
4. A keen eye for detail and strong administration skills.
5. You have strong computer skills and multitasking abilities.
6. You exhibit professionalism and are team-oriented.
7. You demonstrate excellent time management skills.
8. You have an excellent level of written and spoken English.
