What you’ll be doing
* Provide training and coaching for new hires, including business knowledge and procedure, contact handling process, platform features, soft skills training and organizational culture.
* Follow the training cycle to provide refresh and upskill training for tenured advisors, including business and procedure updates, soft skills and communication skills training.
* Evaluate the impact of training and coaching through engagement, learnings, behaviour, and results.
* Continuous development by staying up to date with business knowledge and L&D trends.
* Follow training related SOPs, hand in training and coaching documentation in time to manage and report training progress.
* Training course development that meets the business needs, such as new products systems, or soft skills training material.
* Conducting a data analysis to discover training needs and develop the training material to match the needs of the business operation.
* Managing a classroom and closely cooperating with the service teams to continuously output qualified employees in line with the job requirements for their team.
* Conduct training satisfaction surveys and obtain feedback from the trainees, providing us with opportunities to analyse areas of improvement and provide solutions to grow and develop the training program.
* Ability to work as part of a team or individually, with initiative.
* Complete other tasks and other training projects assigned by the training supervisor.

What you’ll need
* Expertise in Trip.com Flight and/or Hotel products; dual skills (F&H) expert will be an advantage.
* Proficiency in both verbal and written English are essential for delivering training sessions, creating training materials, and effectively communicating with employees and stakeholders.
* Strong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive training and refresher sessions, utilizing various presentation techniques and tools to capture the attention and interest of participants.
* Ability to apply training cycle adapt training content and delivery methods to different learning styles, audience needs, and organizational requirements.
* Strong organizational skills and time management skills to effectively plan, coordinate, and manage training programs, resources and schedules.
* Capability to collaborate with support functions, managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with Trip.com goals.
* Proficiency in MS Office 365 software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms, SharePoint.
* Should be familiar with online training tools and have relevant training experience.
* It is advantageous to have knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Mentimeter, and Articulate 360.
Assessment Process
The interview process will consist of two stages; initially, you will be invited to a skill-based interview in which your skills and suitability for the role will be assessed. Should you successfully pass the initial interview stage, you will be invited to a panel assessment.
This second stage will consist of questions designed to assess your knowledge of the trainer role and your facilitation skills during a delivery assessment; the topic and more details will be shared on the second stage invite.
