Our client, a leading global automotive glass manufacturing company, currently require a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The Working hours are flexible between the hours of 0800 and 1800. 28.5 hours per week. approximately 5.5 hours per day. 1 Saturday per month also required (0800 to 1200)
The successful candidate will be required to:
* Act as first point of contact for the sites sales and enquiries
* Develop & maintain a close working relationship with day to day operations at site, including Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Quality & Marketing
* Represent customer face within the Pilkington internal network
* Communicate order and shipment information & service issues to both customers & the Customer Service Team leader and/or the Supply Chain & Operations Manager
* Manage Aged Debt, taking and chasing payments for your allocated UKW branches.
* Work closely with relevant Sales Manager responsible for customer accounts
* Develop & maintain customer reporting and measures including fill rate
* Take ownership for all customer issues until resolution, properly & promptly
* Resolve customer issues before escalation to Customer Service Team Leader
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* The ability to generate excellent customer relationships & possess key understanding of customer requirements – customer satisfaction will be a measure of success
* Experience of using SAP or other similar business system
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* The ability to identify issues requiring timely resolution to managerial level
* Be highly numerate with the ability to manage large volumes of data
* Good interpersonal skills allowing interfaces across the whole business
* Tenacious and determined character with ability to drive initiatives forward
* Good Phone Etiquette

Pay Rate:
* £12.73 per hour, rising to £13.09 after 12 weeks
Working Hours:
* Flexible working hours totally 28.5 per week. Between 0800-1800 Monday to Friday
* 1 Saturday per month required (0800-1200) 4 hours total.
