You will manage the diary (we call it Trybe), we will coach you to maximise bookings and this will help to create a strong foundation for our sustainable spa. Using language carefully, enticing guests with the spa story in a short space of time; starting the relationship on the right foot, ready for the seamless and nurturing experience you will sell to them. We will help you hone your keen eye for detail which, in turn, will assist you to create a seamless guest experience. Think you’ve got it? Our reservations team are based at the Bedruthan Hotel and this will be your home during working hours. This role is full-time (5 days, 40 hours) but part-time hours can be considered for the right candidate. We work Monday – Sunday, with 8.5 hours shifts between the hours of 8.30am – 6pm, therefore weekend availability is important.
