I am currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join a well-established housing association in the Bath area.

The role: Repairs Administrator
Contract: 3 month temporary contract
Pay: £16.50 / hour (paid weekly, via umbrella)
Working pattern: Mon Fri 08:00 17:00
Location: BA2
Responsibilities you will have as a Repairs Administrator:
* Arranging and booking in appointments
* Raising works on QL system
* Chasing repair updates
* Sending email reports
* Work tray of approx. 30-50 actions per day
As a Repairs Administrator, you must have previous experience in:
* Social housing or contractors
* Administration
* Planner, scheduler or coordinator roles
