Provide customer service support for international customers Receive, acknowledge, and process orders via SAP Collaborate with the International team to manage customer orders and forecasts Deliver high-level customer service over phone and email Coordinate invoicing with the Finance team Generate export documentation to support shipments from the warehouse facility Coordinate customer-organised pickups and provide updates as necessary Key Skills of a Customer Service Administrator Experience with SAP system (training provided for the right candidate) Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Previous experience in a customer service role
