Enterprise Applications Manager (£50,000 - £70,000) On-Site
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to oversee the management, support, and enhancement of a portfolio of business-critical applications. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of core enterprise software, optimising integrations, and leading technical development efforts across internal teams and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, ensuring high performance and availability.
* Oversee integration of cloud-based applications, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.
* Lead a team responsible for application maintenance, development, and incident management.
* Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to prioritize system enhancements and technical improvements.
* Own the incident management and release processes, ensuring controlled change implementation.
* Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and external partners to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Conduct technical reviews to ensure industry best practices and compliance with enterprise standards.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for system optimization and business improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
* A degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
* Strong background in enterprise application management, ERP/CRM support, and business process analysis.
* Experience leading an application support or development team.
* Familiarity with cloud-based integrations and Microsoft Azure solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder management, with experience collaborating across IT teams, vendors, and consultants.
* Strong project and team management skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
* A hands-on approach with a passion for exploring and implementing new technologies.
