As we continue to expand our footprint in the UK, we're seeking an experienced SaaS Business Development Manager to join our team and help accelerate sales and market penetration. This position requires you to be based in the UK, with occasional travel expected to visit prospects, customers, and to attend regional events. Job Description You will play a key role in driving Campaigner’s sal es growth across the UK market through both inbound leads and outbound lead generation activities. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in SaaS sales, strong business acumen, and the ability to identify and cl ose new business opportunities. You will work closely with senior leade rship to implement strategic sales initiatives, foster relationships with new clients, and expand Campa igner’s presence. Key Responsibilities Sales Growth Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UK market through research, prospecting, cold outreach, and networking Respond to and work inbound leads that come in via our marketing activities Qualify and engage potential leads to understand their business needs and introduce Campaigner’s suite of solutions Lead Generation & Qualification Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent pr ogress through the sales funnel Conduct initial product demonstrations and value-based consultations with prospects, showcasing how Campaigner’s platform solves t heir unique business challenges Relatio nship Building & Networking Establish and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders in p rospective client organizations Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Campaign er and expand the sales network Sales Presentations & Negotiation Lead sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with prospective clients, working closely with internal team s to ensure successful outcomes Close deals effectively and efficiently, driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth Collaboration Work collaboratively with marketing, account management, customer success, and sales colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress, opportunities, challenges, and marke t feedback to senior leadership Qualifications & Skills 3 years of experience in SaaS sales or business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales t argets and driving new business Demonstrated experience in the UK market and understanding of local market dynamics in SaaS, marketing te chnology, or similar industries Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure Exceptional communication, present ation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a sales pipeline and leverage CRM tools to t rack and optimize sales efforts Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centr ic approach to solution selling Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thr ive in a fast-paced environment Experience with email marketing or marketing automation plat forms is a plus About Ziff Davis Ziff Davis (NASDAQ: ZD) is a vertically focused digital media and internet company whose portfolio includes leading brands in technology, shopping, gaming and entertainment, connectivity, health an d wellness, cybersecurity, and M artech.
