About this role: Working as a Regional Sales Manager is all about taking ownership of your region and your team’s success. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, developing strategic plans, and leading a motivated team of field sales executives and sales managers. You will also analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and ensure the region’s success aligns with company objectives. The role is field- and home-based, covering Liverpool, Sheffield, North Wales, and Northern Ireland, with frequent travel required across these areas. Your aim is to improve consumer choice by adding the best new restaurants and takeaways onto the platform - setting them up for success. Through one-to-one coaching and performance management, you will ensure the team maximises their own potential, drives territory growth and delivers exceptional results for Just Eat in your given region. Strategic growth of your region. You’ll work alongside your team, using data and local insights to highlight key areas of opportunity for Just Eat to increase our footing locally. You will be responsible for activating a plan and communicating that plan effectively to deliver results. Your aim will be to influence your team to drive strategic growth through the best new acquisition. Delivering new regional brands and chains to the Just Eat platform. You’ll work alongside our Strategic Accounts team and your fellow RSMs to help identify and convert new regional brands onto the platform - setting them up for success and a long-lasting relationship with Just Eat. Razor-sharp delivery of key business initiatives. At Just Eat we’re always moving forwards, pushing the boundaries as to what’s possible in our mission to create the world’s greatest food community. You’ll be at the heart of one of the most exciting functions at Just Eat, working alongside your team to drive order growth and bring new dining occasions to our consumers. Key role in shaping your local strategy. As a member of the Sales management team you’ll be part of our strategic brains trust, working alongside key business stakeholders to help set short, medium and long term growth initiatives in your region and UK wide. Key Account Networking. As the Sales leader within your region you’ll develop commercial relationships with key owners and influencers across the local Just Eat restaurant network, helping you build local industry awareness as well as supporting you in spreading key Just Eat messages. What will you bring to the table?
