Within D&T there are 3 workshops, 2 Food rooms, a dedicated IT room and we are supported by an excellent technician team and SLT. The successful candidate will be someone with a real passion for the subject, who is able to play an important part in the leadership of the faculty by acting as second in faculty; working alongside an established leader to develop learning and teaching; manage the effective delivery of the curriculum and enabling all students to reach their potential. You should have the skills and expertise to successfully deliver D&T at KS3 and be able to offer Product Design, Engineering, Hospitality & Catering or Construction at KS4 in the vocational subjects we offer. We are lucky to be able to accommodate teachers who have specialism is in any of these subjects.
