Software Development Project Manager

Responsibilities
1. Manage the Integrated Business Plan (IBP).
2. Ensure the delivery of IT projects in terms of time, cost, and quality.
3. Facilitate seamless integration between projects, including the transition into Business as Usual support.
4. Carry out accurate reporting of project status to team members, leadership, and external stakeholders.
5. Manage customer, partner, and supplier relationships.
6. Effectively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
7. Develop and track project plans, budget, and schedule.
8. Ensure business, project, and quality management processes are effectively applied across projects.
Qualifications
1. Proven Project Management experience of application development projects.
2. Stakeholder management abilities with experience working across functional areas.
3. Previous experience of successful deployment of complex IT solutions.
4. Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
6. Experience in budget management.
7. Desirable: Degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related discipline or Project Management Qualification.
