Play a Key Role in a Rapidly Growing Supply Chain Function
This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth business with a brilliant team culture and a product customers love. The company is scaling quickly and investing heavily in their operations, creating the need for a dedicated Supply Chain Planner to bring structure, accuracy, and pace to their planning process.
The business is open to either an experienced Supply Chain Planner or someone who is driven, passionate, loves Excel and wants to grow and develop their career in Supply Chain.
You'll join a collaborative team where people genuinely care about their work and enjoy being part of the journey.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing supply planning across a wide product range, ensuring the right stock is available at the right time
Placing purchase orders for packaging and finished goods
Tracking supplier performance and maintaining strong supplier relationships
Using Excel to manage stock levels and demand
Supporting weekly planning and forecasting cycles
Helping balance availability and cost during a period of continued growth
Working closely with the procurement, supply chain, and fulfilment teams, reporting into the Head of Procurement
What you’ll need:
Essential:
Strong Excel skills (confident with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail
A positive, enthusiastic mindset and willingness to learn
Able to build great relationships with suppliers and colleagues
Comfortable working in an environment with limited processes and evolving systems
A team player who’s hard-working, committed, and genuinely wants to be part of something
Desirable:
1–2 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related role
Experience placing purchase orders
Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or a product-based business
