Job Title: Logistics Support Operator
Location: RAF Coningsby
Salary: £28,537
What you'll be doing:
* You will be managing and controlling Typhoon Synthetic Training Facility (TFST) Synthetic serviceable and unserviceable assets. This role will monitor and control receiving, storing and despatching of assets.
* The involvement of the operation of asset management software and JIRA service desk system.
* This role will require you to record and action Public Stores Account and Stocktaking programme.
* You will be involved in the management of assets within a SAP environment, adhering to mandatory policies and processes.
* Ensuring you liaise with simulator team in Warton, Repair agents, Transport agents and Export Control.
* You will be involved in stores husbandry which includes store managing and warehouse management.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Stores Management (Warehouse Operator).
* A knowledge of Inventory / Supply chain management techniques.
* An awareness of Export Control and International Traffic in Arms regulations.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of MJDI asset management system.
* Knowledge of Jira Tool.

The TSTF (Typhoon Synthetic Training Facility) team:
This is a small team who manages the assets for the Typhoon simulators synthetic devices, as well as supporting the wider logistics support team.
