Job Description
* Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives across the logistics department.
* Developing robust, data-driven strategies to enhance the quality of service.
* Working collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth operation and coordination.
* Training teams in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
* Identifying and addressing potential areas of improvement.
* Monitoring and reporting on process improvement projects.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Continuous Improvement Practitioner should have:
* A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role within a public sector or logistics environment.
* Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (green/black belt), or other continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
